Error reports from your apps
Error reports your apps send to errors.nl can contain personal data of your users, such as an IP address, a browser version or data contained in an error message. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor. We only process it to show it to you, and keep it for 90 days. You decide what your app sends; with the settings of the Sentry SDK you can leave out sensitive data. The arrangements for this are in our terms and conditions.
How long we keep data
- Error reports: 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Account, organization and project data: as long as your account exists.
- Payment data and invoices: 7 years, because the law requires it.
- E-mails: as long as needed to handle your question.
With whom we share data
We do not sell your data. We use these parties, which only process data on our behalf:
- Google Cloud for running the service and storing data, in a data center in the Netherlands.
- Google Firebase Hosting for this website.
- Mollie (Amsterdam) for payments.
Apart from that, we only share data when the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. If you choose light or dark mode or a text size, your browser remembers that choice locally. In the dashboard, your browser keeps the data needed to stay logged in during your session. If you choose a language in the dashboard, your browser also remembers that choice locally.
Security
All connections are encrypted. Access to data is separated per organization and, within an organization, depends on your role. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it for their work.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object and to take your data with you. E-mail us at [email protected]; we respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the data protection authority in your own country.

We may change this statement. The date at the top shows which version applies. We announce important changes in advance.
